LONDON (Alliance News) - British Land PLC Monday said it has completed its third letting in as many months at March Arch House, after NERA Economic Consulting agreed to occupy the 11,500 square foot third floor of the building on a ten-year lease at GBP72.50 per square feet.
NERA, which operates from 25 offices worldwide, is relocating its London office from 15 Stratford Place.
The deal comes just weeks after British Land announced that US industrial group Access Industries will occupy the building's 4,500 square foot sixth floor. Fulcrum Asset Management was the first occupier to sign at the redeveloped building, agreeing terms on the 9,000 square foot fifth floor in May.
British Land entered into an agreement with The Portman Estate to purchase and redevelop Marble Arch House in 2011. The scheme, designed by Bennetts Associates Architects, comprises 61,200 sq ft of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail space.
British Land shares were quoted up 0.2% at 700.50 pence Monday morning.
