LONDON (Alliance News) - Discretionary wealth management provider Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC said Monday it appointed Siobhan Boylan to its board as finance director.
Boylan, who currently serves as chief financial officer for Legal & General Investment Management Ltd, an arm of FTSE 100-listed life insurance and financial services company Legal & General Group PLC, is expected to join the Brewing Dolphin in early 2019.
Prior to joining Legal & General, Boylan was with insurance company Aviva PLC, where she held senior roles including chief financial officer of Aviva North America and Aviva Investors, for 12 years.
Brewin Dolphin shares were trading down 2.3% at 351.00 pence each early Monday morning. L&G shares were down 0.2%.
