LONDON (Alliance News) - Breedon Aggregates Ltd Thursday said it has completed the sale of a 60-acre site at Doseley, near Telford in Shropshire, to Barratt Developments PLC subsidiary BDW Trading for GBP11.0 million.
The land is on the site of a former concrete products plant and has outline planning consent for 460 homes, which will be built and marketed under the David Wilson Homes brand.
Breedon said it will get phased cash payments over four years, starting this year.
The company's shares were up 1.0% at 43.18 pence Thursday morning.
