Brave Bison's outlook "comfortable" as trading beats consensus

13th Jan 2026 12:26

(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC on Tuesday announced jumps in revenue and adjusted earnings for the full year.

The London-based advertising and communications agency reported net revenue of "not less than" GBP33.5 million for 2025, up 57% from GBP21.3 million the year before and ahead of consensus expectations.

Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased 44% on-year to at least GBP6.5 million from GBP4.5 million. Adjusted pretax profit rose 41% to GBP5.5 million from GBP3.9 million. Both figures also surpassed consensus estimates.

Brave Bison said that immediately prior to the announcement, consensus expectations for the year were for net revenue of GBP31.5 million, adjusted Ebitda of GBP6.1 million, and adjusted pretax profit of GBP5.2 million.

Net cash decreased 42% to GBP4.3 million as of December 31 from GBP7.5 million one year prior. However, this was still "significantly ahead of consensus expectations", which included net debt of GBP3.6 million, "following strong Q4 trading and an improved working capital position which is expected to partially unwind over the first half of 2026."

Brave Bison said that, due to strong trading in the second half of 2025, it expects to repay all outstanding bank debt before the end of this year. This includes debt facilities drawn to fund acquisitions completed in the second half, and the company intends to use excess free cash flow to fund dividend payments and further expectations.

Brave Bison is "comfortable" with consensus expectations for 2026, which include net revenue increasing to GBP45 million and adjusted Ebitda to GBP9.4 million.

Also, it noted that it expects revenue and profit to be "more heavily weighted to the second half of each year than has historically been the case", due to the timing of courses on its MiniMBA platform.

Shares in Brave Bison traded 4.1% higher at 72.60 pence on Tuesday in London.
