(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC said Tuesday that non-executive director Miriam Mulcahy will step down from her role due to unforeseen family circumstances.
The social video company said Mulcahy has agreed to remain a director of the company until January 31.
Brave Bison said it intends to appoint a new non-executive director as soon as possible.
Brave Bison shares closed 1.1% lower in London at 1.31 pence each on Tuesday.
