LONDON (Alliance News) - Social video company Brave Bison Group PLC on Wednesday said its chief executive resigned due to a disagreement with the board over the future for the company and said no approaches have been received for the business.
Brave Bison on Monday had said CEO Ashley MacKenzie had resigned but did not provide any reason for his departure at the time.
On Wednesday, the firm said MacKenzie had stepped down after a disagreement with the non-executive directors on Brave Bison's board "on the future strategy of the company and the timing of any potential exit".
Brave Bison said no approaches have been received for the company and no other "corporate activity" had taken place.
It said it has started the search for a replacement for MacKenzie, who will remain in place until a successor is found.
Brave Bison shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 2.58 pence.
