Brave Bison Non-Exec Director Cranmer To Step Down At June AGM

25th Apr 2018 13:25

LONDON (Alliance News) - Social video firm Brave Bison PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Mark Cranmer will step down at its annual general meeting on June 13.

Brave Bison intends, it said, to appoint a new non-executive director and search has now begun. It gave no reason for Cranmer's resignation.

Chairman Robin Miller said: "It is with regret that we accept Mark's resignation. He has been a very strong supporter of the board and business since being invited to join early in 2016. His knowledge of the media scene and his judgement have been invaluable."

Shares were down 2.6% on Wednesday at 0.76 pence each.
