(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC said Monday it has appointed Matt Law as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The social video company said Law is currently a partner and chief operating officer of Outlier Ventures Ltd, which focuses on assisting business founders in the digital services sector, "providing specialist advice on business strategy and continuing and maintaining growth."
Prior to this, he worked as global chief operating officer at independent agency network AnalogFolk Ltd, which assists companies in using digital technology to advance their brands.
At the beginning of February the company hired Philippa Norridge as interim chief financial officer, replacing Paul Campbell-White.
The company said it intends to appoint a permanent CFO as well as a further non-executive director "as soon as the appropriate candidates are identified."
Brave Bison shares were trading 7.0% higher in London at 1.34 pence each on Monday.
