LONDON (Alliance News) - Social video company Brave Bison Group PLC on Friday said it appointed Kate Burns as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Burns is currently a Venture Partner at investment services firm Hambro Perks. Prior to that, Burns spent six years with Google, holding a a range of roles.
Before joining Hambro Perks, Kate was Chief Executive Officer of online services provider AOL Europe, following which she joined media company BuzzFeed as European General Manager.
"The digital publishing experience Kate has gained through her time in senior leadership roles at global digital giants will prove invaluable as we focus on executing our strategy in order to drive the Company towards profitability and leveraging our position as a leading social video company," said Chief Executive Claire Hungate.
Shares in Brave Bison were trading 0.6% lower on Friday at 1.69 pence each.
