(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC on Thursday said it has bought marketing agency Builtvisible Holdings Ltd for up to GBP3.5 million.
The London-based digital advertising and technology service provider said Builtvisible will be integrated with Brave Bison's existing performance marketing and digital media operations.
London-based Builtvisible is a marketing agency that uses search engine optimisation for clients including Aviva PLC, Avis Budget Group Inc and Specsavers Optical Group Ltd.
An initial consideration of GBP1.5 million will be paid on completion, with a deferred consideration of GBP1.0 million payable in tranches over 18 months and a GBP500,000 additional payment subject to performance conditions.
Brave Bison said members of Builtvisible leadership have been granted restricted equity consideration in nil-paid options to acquire 20.9 million new shares in the company, worth approximately GBP500,000.
In 2024, Builtvisible generated GBP4.1 million in revenue and GBP300,000 of adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation.
Brave Bison said it expects the acquisition to be accretive in the current financial year.

Shares in Brave Bison were flat at 2.50 pence in London on Thursday afternoon.
