LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital media and social video broadcaster Brave Bison Group PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Paul Marshall as a non-executive director, replacing John Barnett.
Marshall is managing director of the family office of Vesuvius Ventures Ltd, and previously held senior finance roles in a number of public companies including casino operator Rank Group PLC.
"We welcome Paul to the company and look forward to his contribution to the board and the company's development," Chairman Robin Miller said in a statement.
Shares in Brave Bison were untraded on Tuesday morning, last quoted at 4.75 pence.
