(Alliance News) - Brave Bison Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed to the board a former PricewaterhouseCooper principal consultant and co-founder of the PwC Internet Strategy Group.
Miriam Mulcahy, who just returned from a two year stay as an advisor in Tokyo, will join social video company Brave Bison as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mulcahy "acts as an independent board level adviser to digital media companies" and just returned from Japan. In this role, her "clients have included the BBC, Haymarket Media Group, Racing Post and Bauer Media Group radio and consumer Magazines".
Before that, she was a principal consultant at PwC, where she helped found PwC Internet Strategy Group. At present, Mulachy is a director at Pediment Capital Partners Ltd.
Chair Robin Miller said: "Miriam has deep insight and experience in this rapidly changing industry in our core areas of operation, being the UK and [Asia Pacific] regions. She will bring valuable strategic input to the executive team in building our business. She comes highly recommended by a number of industry leaders."
Shares in Brave Bison were up 2.7% at 1.54 pence on Friday afternoon.
