LONDON (Alliance News) - Lansdowne Oil & Gas PLC on Friday said two investors, directors of a major shareholder, have increased their stakes in the company.
Neal Griffith and Oliver Stansfield now have 3.8% and 2.4% stakes in the company, Lansdowne said, though did not give their prior holding.
Both are directors of Brandon Hill Capital, with Stansfield being chief executive. Brandon Hill has a 14% interest in Lansdowne.
As a result, it continued, their combined interest is now just shy of 21%.
Shares were up 13% on Friday morning at 1.89 pence each.
