(Alliance News) - Brand Architekts Group PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Quentin Higham as chief executive officer with effect from May 4.
He will be replacing Tim Perman, who stepped down in September 2019 after a year in the role since 2018 at the personal care and beauty products maker.
Interim CEO Chris How will remain in the business to provide assistance and support, as well has help Higham though the handover process. In addition, Executive Chair Brendan Hynes will move back to a non-executive basis.
Higham will be joining from soap and perfume retailer Yardley of London Ltd, where he has been managing director for 10 years since 2010.
"I am delighted to welcome Quentin to the board as chief executive, he brings extensive relevant product, category and industry experience and we look forward to working with him and taking Brand Architekts to the next stage in its development," Hynes said.
Shares in Brand Architekts were up 1.9% at 183.50 pence on Tuesday in London.
