LONDON (Alliance News) - Braemar Shipping Services PLC on Thursday said Chairman Graham Hearne is to retire from his position following its annual general meeting in June.
Hearne will be replaced by David Moorhouse, who has been a non-executive director at Braemar since 2005.
Braemar also said Finance Director Martin Beer is intending to step down in the summer in order to spend more time travelling with his family and pursuing personal interests. Beer will step down from the board at the AGM and will be replaced by Louise Evans, the former finance director of Williams Grand Prix Holdings PLC.
