LONDON (Alliance News) - Shipbroker Braemar Shipping Services PLC on Wednesday said Chairman David Moorhouse will be stepping down after three years in the role.
Moorhouse will leave Braemar at the end of December. He has been at Braemar for almost 14 years in total, and may stay on after December to help find a replacement.
Chief Executive James Kidwell commented: "David has been a wonderful servant of the group for many years and we have benefited greatly from his invaluable advice and broad industry knowledge.
"I have especially appreciated his steadfast leadership as chairman of the group over the last three years and, on behalf of the board, wish David well for the future."
Braemar shares were 2.6% lower on Wednesday at a price of 266 pence each.
