(Alliance News) - Brady PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Iain Greig has been appointed interim technology boss at the risk management software firm from mid-August.
Greig - a non-executive director since early March - will take up the role as interim chief technology officer from August 12. He will remain on the board during this time, with the period as interim tech boss lasting for an estimated six months.
Brady Chief Executive Officer Carmen Carey Greig has "contributed an enormous amount of knowledge, experience and focus to the product and strategic review" initiated since he was first appointed to the board in March.
"I am delighted Iain will be joining us on an interim basis to help drive the initiatives resulting from our strategic review and to support the recruitment of our permanent CTO," Carey added.
Shares in Brady were untraded at 56.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
