Brady Appoints Two New Board Members Including Former LME Clear COO

LONDON (Alliance News) - Brady PLC on Monday said it has appointed two non-executive directors, including the former chief operating officer of LME Clear, the clearing house for the London Metal Exchange.

Iain Greig has joined Brady, which provides trading and risk management software, with immediate effect. Greig was chief technology officer at LME Clear and led the technical build and launch of the new clearing house before running it as COO.

Since then, Greig has co-founded a financial technology start up called Invo.

Brady also appointed Daniel Look, a former senior partner at Baringa Partners LLC, with immediate effect.

Shares in Brady were up 0.8% at 59.98 pence in London on Monday.
