LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV on Thursday said its Brack Capital Properties NV subsidiary has entered into a deal to acquire residential properties in Germany.
The subsidiary will pay EUR36.0 million to acquire 287 residential units in Kiel from an undisclosed third party.
Shares in Brack closed untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 0.970 pence.
