LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV on Thursday said its subsidiary Brack Capital Properties NV has decided to raise NIS245.0 million or GBP55.3 million in a public offering.
The group on Wednesday said the Tel-Aviv listed subsidiary was exploring the possibility of a capital raise, though at the time the raise would be for NIS150.0 million, approximately GBP31.4 million, via an offering of shares and warrants exercisable in the subsidiary's shares.
On Thursday, Brack Capital Real Estate said the subsidiary announced the results of the raise, although did not provide any further information on this, and instead provided the NIS245.0 million figure for the public offering.
Shares in Brack Capital Real Estate were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at EUR1.21.
