LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV said Wednesday its subsidiary Brack Capital Properties NV's shareholders are to be paid EUR0.91 per share, after it completed a capital reduction.
The company said the "capital reduction took place on March 22 reducing the nominal value of each share to EUR0.01 from EUR0.92, totalling EUR6.0 million". As such, the GBP6.0 million of funds will be returned to its subsidiary's shareholders.
Shares in Brack Capital Real Estate closed up 4.9% at EUR0.970 on Wednesday.
