LONDON (Alliance News) - BowLeven PLC said Friday it brought the Topaz-Driller rig to the two well appraisal drilling campaigns on its Etinde asset in Cameroon.
The Africa-focused oil and gas company holds a 25% interest in the campaign which is due to commence after the spudding of the IM-6 well at the end of this month.
The Topaz-Driller has been contracted for 150 days. The company signed the contract in February, describing it a "key milestone" in the project.
BowLeven shares were trading higher 2.0% at 38.69 pence.
