LONDON (Alliance News) - Bovis Homes Group PLC Tuesday said Finance Director Jonathan Hill has resigned to join Saga PLC as its chief financial officer.
In a statement, Bovis Homes said it will decide with Hill a leaving date, taking account of his contractual notice period of 12 months.
"A recruitment process for a new Group Finance Director will commence immediately and an announcement will be made once this process has been concluded," Bovis Homes said.
Hill is replacing Saga's Stuart Howard, who, after spending more than 14 years in the role, wants to hand over to "someone who can take the business forward in the next stage of its development as a listed company", Saga said Tuesday.
Bovis Homes shares were Tuesday quoted down 1.6% at 778.00 pence. Saga shares were up 0.2% at 172.48p.
