LONDON (Alliance News) - Bovis Homes PLC Tuesday said it has appointed Ian Tyler as non-executive Chairman, replacing Malcolm Harris who is retiring.
Tyler will join from November 29 and also will be member and chairman of the nomination committee.
Tyler has over 20 years' experience in construction and related industries, Bovis said, and was chief executive of construction giant Balfour Beatty PLC from 2005 until March 2013.
The stock was trading at 783.00 pence, down 4.00 pence or 0.5%.
