LONDON (Alliance News) - Botswana Diamonds PLC on Friday said it has raised GBP500,000 through a share placing to back work on its diamond mining projects.
The company said it has issued 33.3 million shares at 1.5 pence per share. Shares in the company closed at 1.93p on Thursday.
The funds will be used to back ongoing diamond exploration work on its projects in Botswana and will provide additional working capital.
