LONDON (Alliance News) - Womenswear retailer Bonmarche Holdings PLC Wednesday said it has appointed John Coleman as chairman, replacing Tim Mason who has stepped down.
Coleman is currently an independent non-executive director of Bonmarche and chairman of McColl's Retail Group PLC, AGA Rangemaster Group PLC and Barchester Healthcare Ltd. He was previously chief executive of House of Fraser and managing director of Dorothy Perkins, Topman and Topshop.
"We are delighted that John has assumed the role of chairman. His experience as a non-executive director of the company, coupled with his impressive track record in the retail sector will serve us well," Chief Executive Beth Butterwick said in a statement.
Shares in Bonmarche were trading down 1.5% at 262.00 pence Wednesday morning.
