Bond International Says Considering Constellation Takeover Offer

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bond International Software PLC on Friday said it is considering the firm takeover offer made for the company by Constellation Software Inc.

On Thursday, Constellation made a 105.00 pence per share offer for Bond, a staffing software and services company, valuing the company at GBP44.2 million. The offer is a 13% premium to Bond's closing price on Wednesday, the day before the offer was tabled.

Shares in Bond were untraded early Friday, having last traded at 103.99p.

On Thursday, Bond said it was considering the offer and would make another announcement as soon as practicable. Until then, it advised shareholders take no action.
