LONDON (Alliance News) - Bond International Software PLC said Monday it has issued 4.2 million new shares to Trapeze ITS Luxembourg SARL, after 4.2 million non-voting convertible shares were converted into ordinary shares.
Trapeze ITS Luxembourg is part of the software provider Constellation Software Inc's group of companies and, following the allotment, Constellation and its connected parties are expected to own a total of 12.6 million shares in Bond International, representing a stake of around 29.9%, Bond International said.
The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on May 12 and, following admission, there will be 42.1 million Bond International shares in issue.
Shares in Bond International were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 86.04 pence.
