LONDON (Alliance News) - Bond International Software PLC on Friday said is is in "active negotiations" to sell one or more of its divisions.
The company said it is reaching the end of a strategic review process announced in March 2015.
"The board expects to announce further details of the outcome of these negotiations and the conclusion of the strategic review process by the end of February 2016," Bond International Software said.
Shares in Bond were down 0.8% at 97.20 pence on Friday.
