LONDON (Alliance News) - Boku Inc said Wednesday that Clint Smith stepped down as non-executive director of the company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
The mobile payments platform provider also said that all resolutions were passed at the annual meeting.
Shares in the company were up 0.8% at 100.82 pence in afternoon trade.
