(Alliance News) - Bodycote PLC on Monday said it has appointed Daniel Dayan as non-executive chair, starting on January 1.
He will be replacing Anne Quinn, who announced back in May that she would step down once a successor had been found, having served for four years since 2017.
Dayan will be joining the Macclesfield, England-based pressing and coatings specialist from Swedish supply chain services and industrial materials distributor CellMark AB, where he has been chair since June. Prior to that he was chair at building materials firm Low & Bonar PLC, a former London listing, for two years from 2018 to 2020.
Shares in Bodycote were down 1.2% at 820.00 pence on Monday in London.
