blur Group Says Full-Year Revenue Broadly In Line With Expectations

22nd Jan 2014 08:40

LONDON (Alliance News) - blur Group PLC said Wednesday that it expects its full-year revenue to December 31, 2013 to be broadly in line with expectations, but noted that projects in progress at the end of the year will benefit in 2014.

The technology company said it had seen a trend towards more high-value, longer-duration projects on its global services exchange. The global services exchange is a social-commerce technology platform that allows users to buy, sell and deliver business services and which launched in January 2010.

The company said that these longer and larger projects are already catered for by its blur 3.0 software, but that will be further enhanced by blur 4.0, due to be released from the second quarter of 2014.

blur will report its full-year results in early April.

Shares in blur were trading down 7.0% Wednesday morning at 737.00 pence.
