LONDON (Alliance News) - Blur Group PLC on Friday said its chief financial officer has stepped down with immediate effect ahead of a personal bankruptcy hearing next week.
Stephen Harvey has stepped down from the role ahead of the hearing on May 18. Helen Blackmore, co-chief operating officer at Blur, will handle the finance function, alongside financial controller James Porter.
Blur said Harvey's hearing is a "personal matter wholly unrelated to the group".
Shares in Blur were down 1.3% to 47.375 pence on Friday.
