LONDON (Alliance News) - Blur Group PLC on Tuesday said David Sherriff has been appointed as deputy chairman and lead independent director on its board.
Blur operates the Global Services Exchange, a cloud-based platform where buyers can submit briefs for a range of professional and business services.
Sherriff has been a non-executive director of the company since October 2013 and is the former chief executive of software company Microgen PLC.
Blur shares were up 0.1% to 83.60 pence on Tuesday morning.
