LONDON (Alliance News) - BlueRock Diamonds PLC on Thursday said it has signed a contract with Diacar Mining and Plant Hire Pty Ltd to be its subcontractor at the Kareevlei diamond mine in South Africa.
The agreement is for five years and will see Diacar establish a second processing plant at the project. It will allow BlueRock to increase production from the project at no capital cost, as the cost of building the plant will be taken on by Diacar.
BlueRock shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 20.12 pence.
