LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluejay Mining PLC said Wednesday it appointed Ian Henderson as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The miner, with projects in Greenland and Finland, said it appointed Henderson as he is "a pre-eminent figure in the natural resource investment community" and his role will be to promote the company and its projects to the mining investment industry.
Henderson is currently a non-executive director of BMO Capital Markets Ltd, the London-based subsidiary of the BMO Financial Group, or Bank of Montreal.
He also serves as non-executive director of services provider to Africa and the Middle East, RA International Group PLC.
Bluejay shares were trading 4.8% lower at 16.80 pence each.
