LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd Monday said it will issue 250 million shares through an initial placing and subscription offer and through a new placing programme.
The fund said this will enable it to repay sums drawn down under its acquisition facility and to finance further acquisitions.
It will issue 50 million shares under the initial placing and offer to raise proceeds of GBP50 million, and will issue up to 250 million ordinary and C shares in total conditional on the resolution being passed at its extraordinary general meeting on November 17.
Shares in Bluefield closed up 0.5% at 105.75 pence on Monday.
