LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd Monday set the price for its 150 million share placing at 102.50 pence, a 1.6% premium to its unaudited net asset value on October 31 of 104.17 pence a share reduced by a 3.25 pence dividend.
The dividend is the fund's first interim dividend, and payment had been brought forward.
Bluefield had announced its share placing last month, saying the funds raised would cover the cost of acquiring solar assets.
The fund's shares were up 0.8% at 104.75 pence Monday morning.
