LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd on Wednesday said it has raised GBP31.6 million from its recent share placing.
The fund, which invests in solar projects, said it would issue 31.0 million shares at 102.00 pence per share pursuant to the placing. Shares in Bluefield were flat at 102.50p on Wednesday.
Announcing the placing in October, the fund said the proceeds will enable it to repay sums drawn down under its acquisition facility and to finance further acquisitions.
