(Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd on Friday said it has acquired three new solar photovoltaic plants for a total of GBP13.9 million.
The solar asset investor said that the acquisition of the plants - two of which are based in England and the other in Scotland - was funded from its revolving credit facility.
All three plants provide 3.5 megawatt peak of 1.3 renewable obligation certificate capacity, Bluefield said.
Shares in the Guernsey-based investment fund were down 1.0% at 145.50 pence each on Friday afternoon in London.
