Bluefield Solar Acquires Solar Plant In Cornwall For GBP9.4M

LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited Friday said that it has acquired a large-scale solar plant near Launceston in Cornwall for GBP9.4 million.

The Guernsey-registered investment fund, which focuses on agricultural and industrial solar assets, said that the acquisition of the 6.87 MegaWatt Peak plant was made without debt financing.

The fund also said that it is on course to deliver on its dividend targets, based on its existing committed projects and portfolio.

Bluefield Solar shares last traded at 103 pence per share.
