LONDON (Alliance News) - Blue Star Capital PLC Wednesday said that it has raised GBP25,000 by way of a direct subscription of 12.5 million shares at 0.2 pence each.
The investing company said that the proceeds will be used to provide working capital.
Chief Executive Anthony Fabrizi, Chairman Graham Parr and Director William Henbrey each subscribed for 2.5 million shares for a total subscription amount of GBP5,000 each.
Following this, Fabrizi holds 15.6 million shares, representing 3.2% of the company's issued share capital, while Parr and Henbrey hold 6.1 million shares each, representing 1.3% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Blue Star were trading down 15% at 0.170 pence late Wednesday.
