LONDON (Alliance News) - Blue Star Capital PLC said Tuesday that the deadline for the exclusivity agreement in relation to the company's proposed acquisition of SatoshiPay Ltd has been extended until the end of the year.
The initial terms agreed at the end of July, granted Blue Star exclusivity until the end of October. The period has now been extended to the end of December.
In July, Blue Star, which already has a 30% stake in SatoshiPay, had its shares suspended from trading after it announced a potential reverse takeover of its investee company.
Blue Star shares remain suspended.
