(Alliance News) - Blue Prism Group PLC said Tuesday it expects annual revenue growth after seeing an increase in total bookings, despite a decline in new bookings.
The robotic process automation firm expects total bookings, which includes renewals, for its financial year ended October 31 to be about GBP221.0 million, up 23% from GBP180.0 million bookings the year before.
Net new bookings are expected to narrow 7.0% to GBP 114.0 million from GBP122.0 million the year before. Blue Prism says that this represents a constant currency decline of 3%.
The group noted new bookings in the second half decreased by 16% compared to last year and 13% on a constant currency basis.
Annualised recurring revenue is expected to be at an exit rate of about GBP179 million, a 17% increase from the year before and 20% on a constant currency basis.
Blue Prism continues to expect annual revenue to be about GBP167 million. In financial 2020, the firm recorded revenue of GBP141.1 million.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization is guided to be a GBP14 million to GBP19 million loss. The year before, Blue Prism booked a GBP40.3 million Ebitda loss.
Shares were down 0.3% at 1,131.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
