(Alliance News) - Blue Prism Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed John King to the newly formed role of head of Strategy & Corporate Finance.
Kings's most recent role was as head of European Technology investment research at Bank of America Corp for seven years since 2013.
"Blue Prism is one of Europe's fastest growing and most influential technology companies, and one which I have followed closely for years. I look forward to help build on its success to date," King added.
Shares in the enterprise software group were up 3.0% at 1,520.12 pence in London.
