(Alliance News) - Blue Planet Investment Trust PLC on Thursday faced a shareholder revolt over a motion to authorise the company's voluntary winding up.
Blue Planet said 98% of votes cast rejected the proposal at the annual general meeting.
All other motions, including those re-elect Russell Frith, Victoria Killay and Kenneth Murray as directors all passed.
Shares in Blue Planet were up 6.7% at 38.95 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
