BlackRock Raises Stake In Bookmaker William Hill To 5.1% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - William Hill PLC said on Thursday BlackRock Inc raised its stake in the London-listed bookmaker to 5.10% in a transaction on Wednesday.

Prior to the transaction, BlackRock held a position below the 5% notifiable threshold.

Shares in William Hill closed up 0.6% at 325.50 pence on Thursday.
