(Alliance News) - BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust PLC on Monday said it has appointed Katrina Hart as a non-executive director, effective October 1.
Hart will serve on the company's audit & management engagement committee.
Aside from Miton Group PLC, where she has been a non-executive since 2011, Hart is also a non-executive director of Polar Capital Global Financials Trust PLC, Keystone Investment Trust PLC and of AEW UK REIT PLC.
She worked in corporate finance with Hawkpoint Partners Ltd before moving into equities research with HSBC Holdings PLC, BlackRock said.
Shares in the company closed 1.5% higher at 132.00 pence each in London on Monday.
