LONDON (Alliance News) - Arena Events Group PLC said Monday that BlackRock Inc lowered its stake in the company to below 5%.
BlackRock's interest in the events firm, prior to Friday's deal, was 5.66%.
Arena Events's shares were trading down 4.7% at 36.40 pence each on Monday afternoon.
