LONDON (Alliance News) - Blackrock Commodities Income Investment Trust PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Chairman Alan Hodson has retired and has been replaced by Ed Warner.
Hodson had been at the trust since it launched in 2005, but will now be replaced by Warner, who joined Blackrock's board in 2013.
Warner is the current chairman of Panmure Gordon & Co Plc, UK Athletics, LMAX and the Standard Life European Private Equity Trust and is also a non-exeucitve director of Clarkson PLC, Grant Thornton UK LLP, SafeCharge International Group Ltd and DCI (Ireand) Funds.
Blackrock shares were down 1.6% to 85.57 pence per share on Tuesday afternoon.
